AX8 reset help/question

Quick question - does a hard factory reset erase all the presets? I'd like to start using my unit as a standalone live unit without the computer but the footswitches don't seem to work in the order I see them in youtube instructional videos. I did reset the controls to factory settings

The footswitches are individually assignable. If you don’t like the order, just change them.

It has been a while since I have worked with this product, but as I recall, you can reset the system parameters and clear the presets separately.
