Art Pro Channel Pre Amp => Presonus Interface Connections?

Hey guys,

Really basic question here.
I got this Art Pro Channel for really cheap and I figure I could use it to help beef up my bass guitar a little bit.
I am not sure how to connect this properly.

Is there a way I can have the following connections:
Guitar => Axe Fx => Presonus => Computer (Dont want the Axefx to go through the Art Preamp)
Bass Guitar => Art Pro Channel => PreSonus => Computer
