Annunaki - New Ultra owner, and first recording :)

Hi guys,

Owned my Ultra for two weeks today, LOVING it to put it simply.

Also new to recording as well, I put together this track on Tuesday night, and have been learning how to mix etc, there are a few performance errors, and some crackles at the beginning from some awesome USB action :p But otherwise I'm pretty happy with my first attempt. Any tips, comments, let me know :)

realy great sound for the first recording and very good playin ... nice melody part :eek:

what guitar do you play? what amp sim do you use? your sound is realy tight :D

but the arpeggios at the end (2:40) seem to be a little out of scale :oops:

Thanks guys, working on a new one now, will retrack this one when im a little more confident with a few more skills,

Guitar Used : Ibanez RGA321 Custom
Bass Used : Ibanez SR700 (but i botched the patch for this one, hence how low it is in the mix. New bass tracks are sounding better!)
Amps : Powerball, and Uberschall split left and right, Velvet Sun preset with a couple of tiny changes for the intro / outro and I actually used samvallen's govan patch for a section too.

Still working my way through all the settings, and learning more each time, and the same recording side too. Mixing is a huge monster to try and understand!
