Is it possible to add drag/drop of Mixer channels to move channel settings?

It'd be really incredibly handy when rearranging a preset's routing (especially when modifiers are assigned!!) to be able to drag the channel to where it is needed, where it will swap places with the position it is dragged to, using the same algorithm used for moving blocks.
