7-pin midi cable

Just got my L-Foot Jr in and went to hook it up using a Rocktron 7-pin midi cable.....nothing, no power. I thought I had read this cable will work. Am I wrong??

You've got to hook up the LF power supply to the Axe-Fx, too.

I didn't get a LF power supply with the unit. It looks as though the manual shows that you have to hook up the phantom power supply jack on the Axe. Is that what you mean? And if so, where do you get one? Bought my Axe used, and it didn't come with one. Thanks for your help-

The Axe doesn't come with one. You must use a power supply that matches the specs of the controller. You will either have to buy the Liquid Foot power adapter (listed on their site, for $14.95), or find one that matches its specs (also listed at the LF site).

I believe you can use any good quality 9VAC adapter that will provide 350mA minimum.
