FXL block problems Please assist.

I had a problem at a gig the other night. It seems as though my fx return is shot on my ultra. The signal is low and intermittent at best and completely gone at worst. All the cables etc have been tested independently of the Axe. They all are known good. All the input and output knobs are...

Perhaps, but Fractal Audio didn't exactly step in to clarify did they? Same could be said of the all "nobody will be disappointed" nonsense. I don't have a dog in the fight as i'm quite happy w/ my ultra and excited about the apparent advancements. Curious though, just the same.

Reverb Help please

I've got what I call "glare" on my spring reverbs. A high end ringing as the note decays. I've fooled w/ all the parameters and nothing seems to kill it or tame it. I'm using it on simple blackface fender type amp blocks. Just amp>reverb>poweramp> guitar cab. Any tips to mellow this out...

Anybody have a Looper Tutorial?

Should an Ultra supply power to a Rocktron midimate?

I've got a 7pin midi cable between my ultra(midi in) and a new Midimate(midi out) and the Midimate is not powering up. Do i have to tell the Ultra to send phantom power? thanks in advance. ~MJH

Help a newb install firmware PLEASE!

Should the green "midi in" led be lit when i've got a midi cable plugged into the back of the AFX? It isn't if it should be. Also, I'm getting activity between the computer and 2X2 but it's not getting to the AFX.

I did all the steps on the Axefx unit. The green screen was "AWAITING FILE". I hit send after I had the firmware sysex file loaded and nothing happened.

Here's my deal Laptop running XP going to a m-audio 2x2 anniversary going to Axefx ultra. I've loaded the firmware sysex into midi-ox and tried to send, nothing happens. Do i need to sync up computer to the 2x2? Does the editor need to be involved in this process?Is there a step by step tutorial...
