My new AX8 case from G66 (and MFC 101)

Thanks for the comments. They are available from the FAS European direct distributor G66. I found about them from forum member Ole in another thread (see quote) while I was looking for soft, lightweight cases.

Euro updates

AX8 on schedule to arrive tomorrow. I have been refreshing the UPS tracking webpage since Saturday, watching as it travels from Germany through Belgium and has arrived in a UK depot at 1557h today! Thank you Sussi and all at G66!

You're correct, I certainly don't NEED the FX8, but as far as I am aware the AxeFXII / MFC101 don't have (non-MIDI) amp channel switching capabilities without an external device. Please correct me if I am wrong. When I'm plugged in to my rack, I live in paradise. And I never leave home...

Thank you for the information and advice. I am relieved there is no physical problem with my axe fx or monitors. I think I will obtain a pair of XLR-RCA cables and enjoy! I had assumed that using the digital audio output direct to monitors would be the easiest and best option for sound quality...
