Had an AX8, will I be disappointed w/Axe Standard?

So I sold my AX8 but have the opportunity to get an Axe Standard. Price seems good. How disappointed am I going to be tonally? Can it load IR's? Am I wasting my money?

Made my first preset w/scenes (vid included)

Well I should say I STOLE my first preset with scenes. I borrowed heavily from @Burgs Brett Kingman's Plexi vid but I think it sounds pretty good! Used my PRS SC245. 57/08 buckers.

Temple Audio Trio 28?

is this the right size for an AX8, 2 expression pedals and a Line6 G50? Does it bow in the middle? Doesn't appre to have a center cross beam. Also, what is the preferred attachment mechanism? I am generally a Dual Lock kind of guy.

CAE 3+ and JMP-1 model question

so since these are preamps, how do you get the tube power amp voicing on these? I guess the same applies for the Bogner Fish models. First give my "newb-ness" but I have not used any Fractal gear previously.

Had the Mission EP1-KP with my Kemper that I liked well enough but just curious on some thoughts for a good expressions n pedal with the AX8. Do I NEED spring loaded for the auto engage on the wah? Been looking at the Source Audio Dual as well as a few others. What say you?

Any Axe owners in Las Vegas?

I am dying to check one out but alas, no one here I know has one. I keep bouncing back and forth between what amp I want next. Unfortunately they all seem to be modeled in the Axe and as far as I can tell close enough to warrant buying at LEAST the Standard.
