Should I go mono or stereo to FOH

Depends on the room size and acoustics. A lot may be lost in the translation. If its a dominant sound you use, then it may well cut through in the mix and add to the ambience. My focus is primarily tone and how it sits in the mix. the rest is icing.

How do you get YOUR SOUND to FOH? (BASS)

As well, I tell my sound guy to flat EQ the FOH in for me as I want to manage my tone from the AX-8.

Same here. Blended tone to single XLR to FOH. I usually use my RCF as a stage monitor, but lately I have been trying in ears, so the RCF is more of a back up in case in ears fail.
