    Anathema Clean tone

    So, i worked a bit on it yesterday. I tried many effects but can't really get that analog chorusy synth sound. I'm thinking to get there i need to use the rotator leslie but it seems like it's sucking the tone making it lose that fat analog sound. any ideas ?

    I just thought about it but the user cabs are stored in my axe and I have access to them. It might be another issue. I didn't find anything related to internal battery issue.

    Everything works fine and no hum. The only thing that sounds a bit weird is middle and neck positions sound very close. (i tried knocking on the screwcoils with a screwdriver and everything seems fine...)

    I remade all the solders to be sure, but still sounds the same. Yes the outside is the braided, the inside is the black. Red and white are perfectly soldered, just re-soldered to be sure. The pickup is brand new so nobody except me ever touched it i guess... :/

    Hello Gira, To be honest i dont know how to wire a pup in phase or out of phase. I just followed SD instructions (black = hot,green = ground, red & white = split link to solder together if you dont want split which i did for this test) :(

    And i forgot to mention when i hit both coil with with a screwdriver, i can cleary hear them both working despite of that single coilish sound. It seems more like they re in paralell or out of phase ?

    AxeFx for vocals?

    Hello, I pluged my sm7b into the axe and it sounds cool but the output of the mic is too quiet. I have to push the axe fx very far in terms of db and it induces noise. So the preamp use might be mandatory depending of the dynamic mic you'll be using.
