FC-12 Arrived and Get smaller displays to work

hi, just got my FC-12 an hour ago and the big display works fine but none of the smaller toggle displays will respond. It allows me to chose a Layout and the rings light up displaying Layout 1-8 but after i chose one, it goes straight to what you see in the picture and the buttons don't react...

Bank Up and Down Lights on MFC

are bank up and down lights always on after turning the MFC on? For the life of me, i can't remember them always being on after it goes through the power up cycle. I haven't changed anything on the parameters and just curious.

Accidentally saved cabs to scratchpad

hello, i was trying out a bundle preset and when i went to save it and Axe-edit didn't give me the option to save the new cabs to an empty slot, it just saved it to my scratch pad. How do i make those empty again? should i just reload my past backup? thanks in advance, joey ignore this...
