explain backup procedure?

Can someone please explain how to backup the MFC to a PC? I have a USB-midi cable, how would I go about making this work? Do not want to update until I backup. So I am still on 2.01 Help......

Backing up the MFC-101

Im in the same boat as you trying to figure how to backup MFC, no one here seems to be able or willing to explain it. Frustrated................guess I will to go take a computer class just to update this thing!

For the less intelligent of us that dont know anything about midi, the whole updating process makes no sense and there is no clear walkthough on how to do it (there is coblers but is didnt work for me plus I want to backup before and no one can say how to do that). I cant get the Midiox to even...

Easy way to get SP-1 to be both volume and wah?

Spillover from a momentary switch??

Is it possible to have a External momentary switch where I press and hold to activate delay and when I release delay tappers off? right now when I release it cuts delay tapper off. I have spillover set to on. Any tips guys? Used to be able to do this on my Boss Gt-10 Thanx
