Re-installing Axe Edit/communication issue

Hi Guys, Long story short, my hard drive took a dump and I wasn't backed up properly (I know!) So I decided to start from scratch and download Axe Edit and Fractal Bot and start over. Downloaded them and am getting no communication from the USB from the Axe. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Loss of sound quality from headphones in the Axe to headphones in Pro Tools hardware

Hi Everybody, I've noticed that when I'm playing through the Axe Fx 2 with the headphones and then switch to the headphone jack in my Digi 003 Rack, there is a significant loss of quality. The patches sound more muddy and bassy. I'm using the Spdif connectors on the 003 and the Axe. Anyone...

Can't upload V10 banks with Fractal-Bot!!

So, I installed the Bot and updated the firmware and AE with no problem, but when i try to do the banks the front of my Axe says "awaiting fw file" and nothing happens?? Anybody else have this issue? If i try again it tells me to reboot the Axe. Does that just mean turning it off and then back...

Axe Fest Schedule/Itinerary????

I'm very excited to be attending on Saturday. Does anyone have any information on what the schedule is going to look like? What time Cliff is speaking, etc? It would be nice to know going in what the day is going to look like.
