Tone Control Settings for Amps Without Them

Where do you set tone controls that are not on the original amp if you don't want them to to influence the original tone. Like, say, the mid, presence and depth controls for the Prince Tone (which has none of these on the original amp). Some different than others (such as mid 5, presence 0)?
