MFC Edit not running, first time install

I just got around to installing MFC edit (purchased a few weeks ago). I installed Java 8, when mfc edit runs the OS complains about the JAR file being an unknown file type. I tried the launcher app and that fails as well. Any pointers here? Win7 64 OS

Can someone give me a quick run though on scene controllers? I want to control the drive on a single amp in a patch, going from low gain to higher gain as I change scenes. I am doing this now with X-Y and it works, but I would like to understand the scene controller method. I read the manual and...

Axe FX 2 and Cab Packs

New to Axe, planning on placing an order today. I plan on pulling down presets posted here and in AxeChange. Do I need to have the cab packs to preview some posted presets? I have seen some preset posts mention you had to have rights to a certain cab IR to hear a preset, can someone explain...
