thanks to everyone on this forum for helping me out! but now what.?

You can use it, but you don't have to. The Axe II works as an audio interface. As stated above, simply connect your computer with an USB cable to your Axe II.

updating to V10 presets Q

Use Axe-Edit, go to Axe-Manage and you'll have all the possibilities you asked for. Just load a v.10 bank and audition the presets with a single click. (I think you have to change in "properties" ... "Audition via single click" ... or something like that.) This way the preset loads into the...

Did you save your patch with a looper block inserted before playing over it?! I´ve simply added a looper block in every preset I want to play with at the end of the chain, hit store and play. @Cooper Great patch and playing! Thank you for sharing!

v10 - FWIW, I had to reset cab blocks, now all is good.

That´s what I noticed today as I reworked my presets. It´s happening only with user cabs in there. I think this may help many people... thx!

I think not, in another thread it is also discussed. I have the same problem. When tonematching a signal and I want to try a second attempt, the previous tonematched (local) signal is still there and gets "double-tonematched". The only way to reset the local signal seems to be power cycling...

What Amps In 6.0 Caused You To Time Warp?

The last two days I wanted to try tonematching and load some of my v.5 presets.... no chance! I´m only playing various factory presets and get time warped by this black box! Had lots of fun with the FAS-models today...but all of it is great!! Thanks Cliff, thanks FAS....you rock! :twisted

Humbuckers sound like playing through single coils in 6.0

on the front panel of the Axe-Fx, select your preset, press layout, navigate to your AMP block, press edit, move with page button to the right until you see your MIX tab. Now you can adjust your balance. Hope that helps

Value wheel works slower after v6.0 update, when I change presets

That´s the point! It behaves like an overloaded preset with the "excess CPU usage, reduce load!" message! I have lots of fun with the Axe and like DLM said, you can change presets with the directional buttons or very quickly with the "DIR" and "A-Z" tabs! Have fun and thanks again, guys!!

Hi, after the update I noticed that the value wheel works more slowly than before. This only happens when changing presets. Within the blocks, to change various parameters everything works perfectly. New firmware v6.0 + banks, newest Axe-Edit, system parameters reset done, nothing...

loading a completely blank bank to start fresh

Hi, you can easily do it with Axe-Edit. Go to Axe-Manage, choose your desired bank, mark everything, right click --> "clear" or "delete". After that you can save your empty bank to the Axe-Fx. Hope that helps and sorry for my bad english :)
