Behringer X32Rack or something else?

What I do love about the Behringer is the ability to connect a personal mini mixer for each musician: P-16M. That's awesome and decreases the need for a lot of AUX busses. I see them a lot in studios. The costs add up, of course. Especially if you want to expand through a P-16I / P-16D.

Behringer X32Rack or something else?

I got fed up with digital mixing so I bought a Yamaha MG XU. Fulfills my needs, with a 4-piece band. Effects are basic but sufficient. The compressor per channel is a great feature.

Wish Default Tuner at Startup

The FM9 has a global option: Startup Preset. I don’t know why the FM3 and III don’t have it. If Startup Preset is linked to an empty preset, the goal is achieved: a silent device after powering up.

Yes, a soft reset resets the GEQ and SIC. "Reset AMP" does too. Does the wiki section indicate otherwise? I don't see that. "However" relates to the note about maintaining authentic controls.

Nice release, because I have a 1x12 cabinet with a G12H Redback right here. A great speaker for a 1x12 cab because it puts out so much power. But: it's not just a G12H with more power. The speaker has its own characteristics. The overall sound is quite dark.

? It's in the release notes. Lots of things changed, under the hood as well as parameter values / defaults. If you don't recall the new default values, you're not getting the most authentic tone from the amp model, theoretically. Not saying that it will sound bad. Even with old / outdated...

Uh, no. That would only be true if mics and the resulting IRs were 100% neutral and far-field and would capture only a part of the sound spectrum. While in fact most mics / IRs have their own sonic signature and still capture the sound at very close range. So, combining mics / IRs will not...

That's because of rhe extended frequency range of the monitor (when compared to a traditional guitar cab). Lowering Hi Cut Freq in the Cab Block may help. If you depend on musical feedback a lot, consider adding a very small and very cheap guitar amp and feed it a separate signal (without Cab),
