Firmware 11 help! Axe Standard

Hey man thanks for the advice, I've done the update twice, worked fine both times but still the same error. And I did make sure to download the standard update. The Axe sounds great. Everything works except for the Sysex ID being replaced with those numbers...

Firmware 11 help! Axe Standard

Hey guys, Did the f/w update using my usb to midi cable like I've always done. The update went through to the axe fine and the axe rebooted. Now however, Axe-Edit cant talk to the Axe anymore. Checked the I/O page on the axe, and under the midi tab the Sysex value has changed to 00 01 74...

Some opinions on Behringer ms-20 nearfield monitors

Hi all, I've been looking for a cheap home practice solution for my axe for a while now, so far I've been using some logitech pc speakers but the sound is inconsistent. Dont have the money for a pair of expensive rokits etc right now, so I've made do. Someone is selling a pair of Behringer...

Hey all, this is my first patch, I guess I chose a pretty tough one to try to crack as a first patch but this was one of the main reasons for me getting the axe.. Anyway, it sound great. A few notes though, I play it through a PRS CU22 so the GeQ is tweaked to give me that quacky chimey sound...

Hey all, my axe will be here soon, and I'm researching monitors for bedroom use. I want a decent sound (think practice amp volumes) at a decent price - $400ish I'm thinking of trading in my gt-10 for a pair of powered monitors so any suggestions would help. I'd like a full range of sounds...

Can you get the U2 shimmer with the Axe Std?

Hi guys, I'm in the process of buying an Axe Std from one of the forum members and I just wanted some clarification from some of the axe users; I'd like to use some shimmer and delay similar to the U2 stuff thats been posted on youtube, as well as some 80's metal tones and very clean bright...
