EL34 tubes for Rectifier

I recently sold mine. I really liked it with the 6L6 tubes and on the crunch channel. I'm actually using the money to get back into Fractal. Trying a QC right now and my friend's captures are awesome but the models aren't as good. It will likely get returned to sweet water next week.

Well, I ended up just getting another AF3. I didnt get on the waiting list until 8/30 anyways. I sold my AF3 Mk1 a couple years ago and there's several firmware updates I didn't get to try. Also I'm debating which FC I want to get though, 6 or 12.

FM3 Firmware Release 1.04 Public Beta 7

Catalina. So I just re-installed the newest version of FM3-Edit with the FM3 unit turned off. I booted it up and then turned on the FM3. FM3-Edit 1.01.03 is now working fine. Not sure what the deal was, but it seems to be good now.

I don't think the USB cable could be an issue, as it shows its connected and it works just fine with the previous version of FM3. It's the new version of the FM3-Edit that isn't working.

After installing the new FW 1.04 beta, I could not get the FM3 to connect with the updated FM3-Edit from May. The FW refresh took forever, like more than an hour and then I received a time-out error. Each subsequent power cycle also resulted in the connection time-out. I had to roll back the FM3...

I saw Failure back in 1998 or so at Clutch Cargos (Pontiac, MI), which was an old church that was reconfigured to be a concert hall. They had great sounds back then and I'm hoping to see them with the current AF3 setup to hear how it sounds in person. I'd love to see Ken do some hands-on YouTube...

I imagine you're correct. The two that were on Reverb sold already, so obviously there are some folks that can't wait. I just can't imagine spending an extra grand (or close to it) when that money could go towards the new foot controllers or other gear.

Well, you figure there is a limited window to make a big profit off of buying two like that. Once the majority of the wait list is taken care of, the demand drops and so does the scalping value.

1/29 at 2:35pm Eastern here. I wish the guy selling his "extra AF 3 that his other band member didn't want" was accepting offers so I could offer $1.00 as a joke. Seriously, just be honest, you bought the extra one to make a profit. We all hate it because that makes the rest of us have to wait...

Implemented Revv Amplification Models

It's an awesome amp. I love mine. I'd like to try running it through my two-notes studio and trying some tone matching so I can use it as a model.

Any chance we see a Revv 100P or Revv Gen 120 amp modeled in the AF III? I have The 120 and that 3rd channel is glorious. The 100P features a slightly thicker and tighter version of the 120's 3rd (purple) channel. I guess I can do a tone match, but I'd love to see this model added in the future.
