Amp Output EQ page Equivelent

I had some EQ applied at the Amp's Output EQ page (8 band variable Q). I'm moving it to a GEQ block (10 Band Variable Q), but with identical settings, it sound SLIGHTLY different.. I mean extremely slightly. Is the "Master Q" on the amp EQ page not 1.00 or something, or does something on some other page effect it?
 
If one is an 8-band eq and the other is 10-band they probably have slightly different frequencies for each band.

The frequencies are the same. The 10 band just adds 31 and 16K at the ends... which shouldn't matter.
 
Only the highest & lowest bands in each GEQ type are shelving, so it matters. It should be pretty close if you set them to match the neighboring slider positions.
