I suck at tweaking sounds. Help me!

I have only had the Axe FX Ultra for a few weeks now and I was able to dial in great tones straight away. However, atm I am only using the Axe with a Power Amp, through a 412 cab, I am not recording (ie no Cab or mic sims). For my approach, I looked at it this way: How would I set up the signal...
