This was revealed on Howard Stern’s Tribute to the legend. He read a note from Sammy to howard on air. Sammy wasn’t up to commenting oin person, still grieving. The note basically said they have been “ lovefest Texting” . They didn’t tell anyone in concern of rumors spreading of a reunion...

tried searching here and on google for any clues to the crunchy Lead/Solo sound for this song. "Bassguy" and "OD" were the only clues I stumbled upon. Great song.....not sure which is better in it, Duane's voice or the crunchy lead guitar. thanks in advance

Noise problem solved: Stay Away From These Guitar Cables

cable capacitance specifications are very important to tone. Many cable manufacturers hide this data and emphasize less important data. Low capacitance means the cable won't modify or impact your tone (transparency). Then the other parts of the tonal signature (hands, guitar, amp and cab, etc..)...

Using an external looper with the Axe

Thanks for the advice, Mike. I will give this a try later today. One question: does this mean I will need to place an effect loop block in every Preset I intend to use? for example, I lay a rhythm track with Preset #1 and want to play lead, over it, with Preset #4. regards mark
