    Unfortunately we can't exactly replicate the drive block settings in this video since the drive block overhaul. And I lack the knowledge to convert it to the new drive block. But honestly, just copying the EQ settings and putting any high gain drive model in front of it gets you in the ball park.

    To me it seems as if ch2 and ch3 were accidentally switched when programming models since the ch2 model has more gain and sounds more modern than the ch3 model. And the bright switch doesn't work which the real ch3 (not the model) doesn't have. I have never heard a real silverface VH4, though...

    I can confirm that Ch2 still seems to have more gain than Ch3 (which is odd) and that the Bright Switch doesn't do anything (audible). I cannot hear a drastic difference in volume, though.

    To me it has never seemed related to firmware updates. This update just appeared out of the blue and "survived" multiple firmware updates without any significant changes. I haven't had any success in solving this, yet. Hopefully somebody here knows a solution.
