Charvel GG Signature through AX-8

New Guitar Day usually brings with it lots of inspiration and ideas. It sounded so great with the AX-8 a new original suddenly appeared - which happens maybe once a year :D I am in love with this guitar - it plays beautifully and have lots of sound possibilities with the coils split.

Protector for playing live

I bring a small black towel that i have ready - this way I can clean up any liquid pretty fast. I ended up covering the AX8 with the towel on a rowdy gig - I only had the bottom row buttons available most of the time on the gig. Whatever works ...

How do you set up Button configuration live

I have used 1-4 for scenes and 5-8 for dedicated effects in my live setup for about a year now but changed it a little yesterday. I changed #8 - turned off global and set it to Per Preset - this allows me to have one pedal that can vary pr preset. A need came up and voila the AX8 delivers again.

Did a new demo with the Whitesnake tribute band

AX8 or FX8 (Can't be both)

Absolutely awesome ! Any presets you make will find it's way into my Axe ... and when I get the AX8 you need to tweak whatever setting you need to get it as close to this one as you can. Keep up the good work !

AX8 vs FX8 now which one to buy???

I am sure there will be other differences but the AX8 will be more expensive due to amp/cab addition. I am really hoping the 4cm will work OK with the AX8. If the AX8 end up with the pay for effects/amps etc then he might as well have one floor product and you can use it buying whatever block...
