Are monitors ONLY meant for studio use?

I couldn't imagine using my 8" 3-Way monitors for a live show, but I have wondered if they would keep up with a loud drummer / full band in a small practice space. Any thoughts?

Thanks much for this! It is a different approach than the rest of the cleans I have tried and it works great for certain styles. It combined well with a clean boost version of the Klon hack (FET Boost that Yek came up with). I also used a PEQ block to kill the specific harsh frequencies...

Adding External Pedal before amps - best practice

I use option 1 for an external fuzz pedal and have all my presets setup with routing that utilizes a Multi-plexer block switching the path via a control switch that I keep in my main FC12 layout. I keep the pedal on and in my rack.

OK, I have tried every possible combination of 4 pedals, 2 knobs and 6 cables. What I have found is that they ALL have some amount of pot turn that doesn't register on the axe. I didn't notice it as much on the pedals because they aren't as precise and these Alpha B10K pots in my knob controller...

Yes, the resistance change is smooth. Also the change is registered immediately upon turning the pot - unlike the Axe not registering any change for the first and last 20% of movement. Any other suggestions? I am guessing it is time to contact support.

Hmmm. I clipped out all of the LED leads and both pots are still behaving the same as before where the first and last 20% don't register on the axe. The interesting thing is when I calibrate, the before and after are showing differently, but the behavior is exactly the same. Any advice?
