Archangel modded FR-12s are going to get a workout tonight with the FM-9. Our biggest show to date, 8-10K expected. These cabinets with the V3s have performed flawlessly for many gigs now and getting to really crank them for this size gig is glorious!

FR 12 Speaker or Horn Upgrade

I’ve ordered the driver and lens, both due next week. Would it be worthwhile to upgrade the 12” speaker? Any suggestions?

Liam, I received two of the v3 preamps and installed them both in my FR-12s. I’m blown away! I’ve had the FR-12s since the week they were released and have dozens of gigs on them. I’m fortunate to get to play on some large theater and outdoor stages which really allows me to open these...

Yes, the FM9 is screwed down and is flush with the left side and bottom of the Trio 28. Moving the handles forward was the key to getting everything to fit.

Just re-wired this board. It’s a Trio 28. A few mods were required, mainly moving the handles forward. I like the additional space the Trio allows to add external pedals. Found this case on Amazon, well made and fits the board quite well. Pluck out foam worked great and only took a few...
