Axe-Fx Ultra preset to AX8 Preset

A possible workaround could be using an older version of AxeEdit, notice that it won't be automatic at all, you need to spend some time tweaking parameters by hand. AxeEdit for Standard/Ultra it's able to open the preset "offline", without the need to have an AxeFX actually connected, so you can...

Sure, It's attached below ;) The preset has 4 scenes but the fourth (lead) it's on footswitch 8, I've set footswith 4 as momentary for the delay parts in the intro. It's just the Herbie Ch2+, stock cab 055 and a bit of plate reverb :)

Ciao Andrea, solo per segnalarti che stai scrivendo in italiano nella sezione internazionale del forum, ti conviene farlo in inglese altrimenti difficilmente troverai aiuto. In alternativa trovi nel "Babel's corner" una sezione tutta in italiano (non è però dedicata all'AX8 ma più generica)...

Getting Sound More Upfront

Another reverb tweak could be increasing the predelay time to let the attack cut through in a bettere way.

5153 100W Red for the distorted part, Vibrato Verb AB (plus the direct signal with no amp) for the pad stuff. Sure, it's attached below but as I've said before credits go to Larry Mitchell, I've just modded his patch called "LM Life Pad" that's available here on the forum.

Here's a cover of "Heart of the Sunrise" from rehearsal, well... a cover of the instrumental intro! We don't have a keyboard player (neither a singer) so I've used the looper with a pad sound, basically a modded version of the "LM Life Pad" patch from @Larry Mitchell :) Cheers from Italy Danilo
