    Problem with some presets - no gain and amp sound

    Try going to your amp block and swapping your amp out with another, then choose your old one again. I had a couple presets that acted like that and after i saved them with the new amp i havent had any issues.

    Aex FX 2 screen flicker. Should I be worried?

    Does it happen when you dont have the USB plugged in? Cause mine did the same but only when I had the axe plugged into the computer. Cliff said it was normal.

    Shimmer effect

    This is the shimmer effect i use. Its based on the preset PEG. I cant find who originally made PEG but all credit goes to them. I removed the FXsend and added a volume control to bypass the signal going through the reverb.

    Brand new Axe II suffers from screen flickering

    Mine flickers while USB is connected only, the refresh explanation sounds good to me. It has never had a screen issue while USB was unplugged.
