How many Axe FX2 in the field ?

just curious how many Axe FX 2 have sold to date ? can someone give a ballpark figure ? i'd guess a few thousands but i'd interested in a more precise number if possible....
 
Not that we NEED to know, but it would be kind of cool to get some estimate of how many users there are out there. The cult of fractal is growing daily.
 
I guess I'm bipolar. While whishing best of luck and success to FractalAudio, I'm also totaly selfish hoping that as few people as possible have a sound as good as mine. Hmmmm... :/
 
I'm with hdurdevic on this one. I don't want people to have awesome tone like me. I like being the sound guy's new best friend and people coming up after a show and telling me that my tone blew them out of their socks (It's actually more like "dude, your tone is f*****g awesome!")

I wish Fractal all the success in the world, just not here in the UK..... lol
