I love being back to that update anticipation land that I used to be with my Axe2! I always resisted the beta versions though. How long does it usually take to go from a beta version to the official version?
I know it depends!

Loving the Surround Delay - might even push my usual Circ MTD block off top spot….

IMPROVED AMP MODELING
● Improved Preamp Modelling delivers more accurate harmonic response and better feel.
NOTE: The Preamp Tube Hardness parameter functions differently now. Existing presets are automatically updated to the default value for the selected amp model.
● Improved Power Amp Modeling brings a more controlled low end, especially for non- Master Volume amps.

Good possibility its the result of the above.

Is there a way to control the metronome using one of the built-in foot switches ? I couldn't find the metronome in the utility functions so I configured the metronome to act on MIDI CC #127 and assigned CS6 in the FC Edit's CS MIDI page to send the CC#127 command to the FM9's own MIDI channel, value 127 for metronome on, 0 for metronome off. Unfortunately that doesn't work.

I didn't update for V10.0 since the last couple of months I haven't got a gig and my guitar playing mojo has been a little down but I want to make up for it now so I have a quick question: should I take do anything special when moving from V9.? to V11?

BTW I will wait for the final version and wont do the Betas for now.

Having an issue. I've veen unning 10.0 on both an I-Mac and a Windows Surface pro issues. Today I upgraded to the 11.0 beta and no Dyna Cabs on either....I made sure my Fractal bot was up to date and the editor was up to date.

Any suggestions?

Did you install the new DynaCabs file for v11that was in the Zip file?
Did you RANF?

No, none the legacy cabs are there. The instructions say the dyna cabs are included in the 11 beta zip file? There was no separate Dyna cans file...

Have a gig Sunday...oh man. Do I update!!?? GAAAHHHHHH!!!! LOL I could use the pitch block updates for sure!!!

I never gig betas, even as stable as these usually are.
As nice as the updates are, your actual playing still matters 100X more, and if something hiccups... you ain't playing.

I think so, but like with 10 I find the Dyna Cabs keep sounding better and better. On the flip-side, my normal third party IRs are needing a bit of taming in the highs. My third party IRs have typically sounded brighter than the legacy Fractal IRs.

No legacy cabs either?

The legacy cabs were there but not the dyna cabs I finally gave up and reinstalled version 10. I'll just wait for the full version of 11 to come out
