I wish that the drag and drop area of Axe-Edit was bigger than the preset title area. Can you make drop target area the entire window? That would make it easier.
File associations can be done on Windows and the Mac but Axe-Edit doesn't recognize that you are trying to open a preset in the existing AxeEdit. Instead it says that only one instance can be open at time. Can you change the default behavior to look at the file type that is being opened and if it is a preset just open it and prompt with an "are you sure" with a check box to disable showing the dialog again in the future.
The reason for both of these is that I am using the OS's file system to manage presets much more so than AxeEdit.
