I just like everyone else wants to know when they will get there chance to order a new Axe-Fx II. I have followed what was asked of me to get on the waiting list. As of 10:23 June 20TH I have not heard anything at all back from sales. I own an Ultra, which I purchased from Fractal some time ago.
My question to Fractal is there a reason I have not either been put on the waiting list or at the very least gotten an Email response from you regarding this. I don't want to bother you guys as I know you are very busy, but at least please if you can return an email to me so I know what is going on. I tried to go on the waiting list almost an hour or so after it was posted. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to hearing from you.
