Who's your go to Fractal guru?

Hey there... new to the forum.

I got an FM9 earlier this year and decided to sell it. BUT, I got an AxeFX III instead. Should be here this week. I'm not completely new to the Fractal world, but not that versed either. Just a very elementary understanding.

Question:
What YouTubers out there seem to have the best understanding and instruction on setting up presets etc? Who are your favorite creators that really know this product well?

Wana get good advice. Yes, I read the manual. Yes I read the forums too :)

The one they call Leon todd will reveal all you desire

My gurus are the user manual and my own trial-and-error experience :)
Same, read the manual 2x before it arrived, searched all the stuff I wanted more info on in the forums, first day was more about executing what I already knew to build my presets. Had 4 gig ready kitchen sink presets done the first day about 5 hrs in. I think the fractal is actually extremely intuitive, especially if you have any daw experience...

@2112 Leon Todd. Lots of people can tell you what a knob does. Leon is among a tiny subset of folks who can help you think about effects with clarity, AND inspire you to just rawk out with every video.

Cooper Carter's masterclass is great value if you want to learn what the things in the box actually do, and how you could use them. He is good at explaining, and he goes in real depth.

Other than that Leon Todd makes great content!

I also read the manuals before the unit arrived. I reread them with the unit in front of me. I think those are the most important places to start.

But for YouTube, Leon Todd all the way. He goes by @2112 on this forum. He's really great at showing how to use brand new features too (like Dynamic Distortion, e.g.). @yek's guides are great, and the wiki is essential. I open the wiki all the time to these three pages:

https://wiki.fractalaudio.com/wiki/index.php?title=Drive_block

https://wiki.fractalaudio.com/wiki/index.php?title=Amplifier_models_list

https://wiki.fractalaudio.com/wiki/index.php?title=Cabinet_models_list

Plus the wiki is great because it's a compendium of Cliff's randomly placed explanations of stuff in the unit that might otherwise be hard to explain. Of course some of Cliff's explanations are not layman-friendly anyway, but you can still parse how to use stuff from them!
