What would I need to buy to replace my Axefx 2...

I recently thought about what I would need in a guitar rig to replace my Axefx 2 and do the exact same things in real-time. I wrote it out... it blew me away.

Amps:
(2) Roland JC 120
Friedman HBE
Mesa Boogie Mk V

Pedals:
Suhr Koji
Suhr Koko
(2) Empress Para Eq
Empress Tremolo
Drybell Vibe Machine
Neo Mini Vent
MXR Flanger
Eventide Pitchfactor
Digitech Drop
TC Flashback Mini

Rack:
Dunlop DCR2SR Rack Wah
(2) Sound Sculpture Switchblade GL
Fulltone TERC
Eventide H7600
SPL Vitalizer Mk 2
Lexicon PCM 80
Lexicon PCM 70
(2) Two Notes Torpedo Live

So, roughly, a 15 u rack, with an additional 4 amp head rack. OMG....

Without tax, it would be roughly $24,110 USD

You forgot the insurance for all that, two roadies and another car for bringing in your stuff for rehearsal. In short FA is changing the built-up of the music scene and car industry : less roadies, finished the vans for guitar players, but also more musicians. In a short time from now I guess Union members will file a plaint.
 
I'm gonna be a mature person today and not say anything mean on this thread but other than my axe III comment I honestly think your gonna regret it
 
Add $2200 to that and you have an AxeFX II plus all that awesome gear. The only downside I see is your credit card bill. Home equity loan, 401k withdrawal, preaching or becoming a politician are viable options.

OK. So that would cover preset #1.

What do you need for preset #2?
 
I'd need a Deluxe Tweed and an AC30, cabs with Gold and Silver Alnico's.
A Fuzz, 808, reverb, delay, phaser, ringmod, and eventide for the Frippy Pitches

But more importantly than the money, a new spine.

So, I'll stick with the Axe

Lol... Well, to be fair, I can't use all of those things in one Axefx 2 preset. We can only use two delays in a preset, etc. So I oftentimes need an external device to pickup where the axe stops. Sometimes an axefx ultra in the loop. Works nicely.
