What Power Amps are everyone using?

Marshall 8008 for at home noodling sessions. I don't play live anymore :)-() but when the opportunity should arise sometime in the future, I go IEM anyway.

man if i win the lottery id buyt he matrix gt1000 and the retro channel and the RCF12. then i'll just use whichever fits the bill at the moment:) shit maybe even the xitone 212 cab while im at it.

Mesa 2:90 but I'm getting a Crown XLS2000 soon from Musicians Friend w/ their 3 year extended warranty. I was going to get the Matrix GT1000FX 1u but I want something I can get repaired locally and not have to pay an arm and a leg to ship over seas if something goes wrong.

I believe Matrix has an agreement with one or more local to the US companies that will do warranty repair work. Obviously, we'll need Matt with Matrix to confirm this to be sure.

I have a Crown XLS1000 that I'm using with my Standard. Not bad at all! Nice highpass/low pass filters built in! Not as good as the matrix, but definitely a nice, lightweight poweramp! Plus it lights up blue and you can see the inside of the amp, haha!

Matrix GT800FX and Carvin DCM1540L. The former has a slightly better "feel", but both always impress. I want to try a GT1000FX and maybe a Retro Channel.

Atomic 50/50 here.

Sounds incredible with 2 passive Atomic FR wedges. Real oomph and loud as anything with awesome highs and a big fat bottom end. A dream to use live.
