Not a Bug Volume Modifier Source Copied to all Channels FW3.02

Hi,
i have a problem. When I assign a modifier (sequencer) to the volume block to channel C this modifier is copied to all other channels. Is this a bug or feature?

Modifiers apply to ALL channels or a single channel.

There is an option to select that.
