I have a button dedicated to it (Mastermind gt22) and have the capo placed in many presets in the off state. Combined with scene ignore it’s good enough.

It’s a decent alternative but you still lose your pitch block if you like using the cool pitch block effects

True. In those presets I cannot use the capo function. Sometimes it is that and sometimes I need the cpu.

I use Pitch Block for static chorusing, instead of a Chorus Block. I also use it after my amp and cab and in Parallel. Thus why having Virtual Capo on input would be ideal.
