I'm trying to change my tap tempo from a MFC button to an external momentary switch connected to the Pedal 1 jack on the back of my II XL. I have the Tap Tempo assigned to Pedal 1 in the I/O menu and have used TS and TRS cables. Works fine when setup to usual MFC IA switch 16, but does not work when plugged in around back. I'm probably missing something super simple.
