So today my AX3 started sounding thin and weak.

Woke up and started playing and noticed my guitar sound was thin and weak. Couldn't even get A/D Sensitivity to clip. Now it's not sounding hardly at all. when you turn the Sensitivity down to almost off ...the sound can barely be heard???

Active pickup? Dead battery?
Bad cable?

Tried all the above! Several guitars....several Cords

Try the rear input. If that one works normally, it might be a bad cable connection to the front input board inside.

It's an easy fix. Something similar happened to me. Just open it up & reseat the connector for the front input. (this is what tech support said to do by the way)

A guy at church was helping me carry my gear out and dropped the case. You were right...the ribbon was unplugged from input.

If it was me that that had happened to I'd guess God was trying to tell me to quit "making a joyful noise" in his house.
