I use the same preset for Chaos ad and it fit well, maybe i should try if I can do one even more accurate for chaos ad, this preset was built for arise album . I love these records so much ….

Chaos AD was the first album I learned how to play every single note off of lol

I've researched and researched and can't get a conclusive answer on what amps was used on it. So far I've got:

JCM800 boosted with a blue colored overdrive
Triaxis and Strategy 400
Ada-Mp1 and Strategy 400
Mark III

Yep I ve read this too. In the booklet of the chaos ad record they say « Mesa boogie amps, Marshall cabinets » I ve meet the band members a few time after shows, if one day I see Andreas once again I may ask him if he remembers .

The sound himself is not so hard to find, it’s a scooped Mesa tone most of all. And there is studio postproduction so ….
