Say I save Delay1 block in the library as "my_delay_block". Say the delay is set at 400mS. As I do this, the Library dropdown shows "my
_delay_block". I save the preset. I then go on and change the delay to 500mS, save the reset, but do NOT resave my_delay_block. I then reload the preset, which reloads the block, and I observe that the delay is 500mS.
So this indicates that the preset stores all the information of all its loaded blocks, and upon loading the preset, the library block "my_delay_block" is completely ignored. In other words, the library is really a way to archive blocks and be able to manually load them wherever desired, but there is otherwise no dynamic link between a preset and a library block.
I think this is totally fine, but wanted to confirm.
