problem with axe change

i was downloading the latest patches from axe change and only one loaded up out of 10 or so. the rest just came up blank. i am on version q 1.03 on my axe-fx II xl+. most patches said they were for axe-fx II xl. q-1.x. i cant figure what im doing wrong. thanks for any help.

Probably the presets you downloaded are 1.04 or 1.05.

well ive tried to re download the patches with no luck. the only thing left to try is to upgrade my firmware from 1.03 to 1.05 as stated above. i just didnt see anything that suggested this.

If i remember correctly this is exactly what happens if you're trying to load presets that are made on a FW newer than you have installed.
So yes, 99% sure this'll help.
