What are most using for mono type rigs...like one guitar amp.

Stereo, Sum L+R or Copy L/R?

I know the manual says Stereo will work for mono rigs as long as you realize if you are using a stereo effect like a stereo delay you will only get half the effect.

It is defaulted to Stereo for both outs. I have left mine configured that way but curious if I am missing something.

I have INPUT 2(POST) set to 'Left Only' for my amps with effects loops. When using stereo effects I start by adjusting the 'Pan L' and 'R' to 0 and adjust to get the desired effect. I also use delays with the 'Config' set to dual giving me a lot more versatility with the delay block.
Going straight into the front of an amp, setting the OUTPUT 1(PRE) to 'Sum L+R' will allow you to get both sides of stereo effects without having to adjust the 'Pan' parameter.

Did you notice any benefit? Less noise or better effect tone?
Have not noticed a huge tonal difference. I don't have to pan effects left or right to here some of the "stereo" ones i.e. 2290 delay. As for noise I only have a little with one guitar and even then it is only when the bb pre or ruckus is used.
