My MF10 stopped working

Hi, just bought a new active MF10, received from G66 on 10 mars.
I played it with volume knob at 8 as said on the manual thru my axe fx3 mk2 with moderate output volume (bedroom) worked well 2 days.
But last night I would to try it with my drummer and cranked the axe fx 3 output volume (50-60%) and the MF10 abruptly reduce his volume, the rear 2 led were off (no clipping). So I stop the mf10, unplugged it from electricity and restart it. The 2 led are now always on and there is no sound coming from the mf10.
I emailed last night G66 support.
Anyone have an idea what happen ?
Is my MF10 is dead?

Probably best to contact Redsound directly, I've heard the main man is good to responding to issues like this

Keep us updated when you get a fix as I've got an MF10 and would be interested to know what the issue was
 
I run a stereo pair on 8 all the time and haven't had any issues so far. Hopefully it'll be an easy fix 🤞
