Mono for Backline and Stereo for FOH?

I was curious if there was a way to do this only using output 1? I can't use output 2 as I use the FX Loop for the GR55 and have the signal blending so i can feed it to me FRFR cab(s) and FOH while being able to enable, disable and boost it with the MFC. Is this doable.

I also use the Matrix Power Amp for the backline and though maybe I can do it there?

Any suggestions?

OK thanks. I was trying to remove that from my setup but if the only way, that is most helpful. Appreciate the quick response
 
Actually, I just thought of another option! You could run out of the headphone output. Im not sure how it would work but that would eliminate the mixer.
 
XLR to foh and one of the 1/4 outputs into Matrix? One side of a stereo signal vs mono doesn't matter too much for backline use. I guess you wont use radical stereo effects in foh all the time either?
