Low Res trick works

Raising the Low Res works really well to fill out the tone and fatten tone. I have a killer start Jimi/EJ SRV pre set shared from guitarJon a while back and it was always missing something. Lowing the kids and adding more bass was not doing it for me. By raising the Low Res from 5.5 isn to fish on both amps it was an excellent method to make the pre set work perfect for the single coil neck tone i wanted!! Thanks Cliff !!!

I experimented with this a little bit last night and found similar results with my single coil guitars and patches.... however I'm curious if it will still add too much boomyness with humbucker/meatier type guitars/tones?

I guess I'll find out tonight when I switch to the Les Paul patches....

nater, so far it is present with gain and hum buckers but not as evident with small tweaks is my initial observation.
