Looper: Unity Gain?

Okay... Cliff and I talked about this and the mix-law for the Looper is incorrect in the current firmware. It should be set to linear mode and it's set to power mode. So if we change it to linear mode it addresses the issue bakerman mentioned above about how the Looper only needs to be at +3dB to match the dry level (instead of +6dB).

However, this makes no difference to when the Looper is set to 100% mix. This will only affect the level of the wet signal when the mix is set to something less than 100%.
 
I have somewhat similar request/ suggestion:
Would it be possible to make looper level independant of the scene level changes?
Problem is if you have looper in a preset where scene levels are different - looper playback level will be different across these scenes. Workaround is making all scene levels equal, but this is kinda big sacrifice and alot of dirty work.
