Let's see those FM9 rigs!

I have a Moog EP3 and a standard crybaby that I converted to expression. They're each 4" wide.
I don't think you'll have enough room if you go down to the trio 28. There isn't a a lot of space left if you do go for the 34. Those EP3's are fairly big I seem to remember.

HI everyone. I just got my FM9 last Friday. I'm looking for a good pedalboard and case to fit the FM9 and 2 expression pedals. I see the Temple Audio Duo 34 recommended a lot, but it seems to be longer than I need.
I've got the Duo-34 which just fits the FM9, 2 FAs small expression pedals, and my Wireless receiver (I recently swapped the tuner for a momentary switch). The Pelican vault works perfect with about 1" of space all the way around the board for the foam. It's big but not much bigger than a guitar case (maybe thicker).

Let's the testing begin

How is everyone mounting their FM9 and expression pedals to the Temple Audio board?
FM9 is screwed through the board:

My Mission pedals are screwed through as well using the rubber feet underneath the board as "washers". You may only get 2-3 of them to line up but that still works.

Recently I swapped 2 of my Mission pedals for EV-2s and for those I opted for medium Temple plates for better alignment, but they can also be screwed through, I think.

Omg! Those Temple modules for the XLR cables are ridiculously expensive.
All the Temple stuff has gone up so much over here in the UK as well. Duo 24 board used to be £109 now its £129. Powercon module used to be around £47 now its closed to £70. Same with the midi connector chassis was £37 now way over £50.

The mini module punch plates used to be like £8 now they are £24 over here plus delivery of course. Crazy!

This is about as easy as it gets. I can setup to play in no time. Mounted to the templeboard24 and have the wireless as part of the setup. I love how fast I can setup and tear down. One output to FOH, the other output goes to my EV monitor. Sound guys love the simplicity too. Love the Fractal products!

First show with the FM9 after 2 weeks of setup. Went pretty well but there's always improvements to make. Hardware wise I've never had a setup that was easier than this.

Any tone suck with that wireless? I recently tried some of the budget wireless on amazon (think Xvive, Getaria, etc.) and the tone suck was BRUTAL. Immediately noticeable high end / sparkle loss. I dunno how people can say 'it sounds fine!" - so I am looking for something very reliable with 0 change in tone.

I have had no issue at all with the boss wireless system myself. I have used Boss and Line 6 wireless and had no problem. I went with the Boss as it neatly sits on the board and I just have to grab the one plug and I'm playing, so easy.

How have you mounted the mic stand to the pedalboard? Does it screw into a baseplate thread? How stable is it? Thanks.
It's a metal plate with a pipe welded to it that the mic stand slips into. There's a jam bolt in the pipe to lock it in and this whole plate sits under my floor rig and allows the mic stand to come up close to my rig. I've used it for years with other pedal boards and it works great. I had to make the new one wider and less-deep for the Duo-34 but it's the same concept and our bass player uses the old one now.
