Kiss I Was Made For Lovin You Lead Tone

Anyone ever heard the lead tone to I Was Made For Loving You by Kiss and thought, “that's a cool kind of tone, I wonder how to get that”? It's hard for me to describe it in any other way than saying it sounds “sticky” and I love it. I just don't know how to get it.

Any suggestions?
