[implemented] Scene volume increment / decrement

I used to find this really great for getting my scene levels right during rehearsals (Ax FxII and Ax8). I have put the scene levels on the per preset performance page, but having the ability to nudge the levels up and down with footswitches and auto save is a really nice feature.
